FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Plattsmouth, NE just south of Omaha. I photograph all over Omaha and I will travel to other smaller towns in the area.
How do we choose a location?
Pick a location that is unique to you and your family. Family farms, parks, and country roads, are all great options. Old Market is great, just very busy. I have other options as well and we will discuss locations when we do our initial consultation.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Please refer to the investment page. I tend to include more than quoted especially if kids are willing to work a little longer.
How do I pay you?
I accept cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo. If you are a USAA banking member, we can also transfer money through Zell.
